Gary designed and facilitated career development training programs delivered to leadership teams in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Gary’s background also includes five years in career management/transition as a consultant and trainer supporting major Southwest corporate clients and twelve years with Saudi Aramco where he led international career development and training programs throughout North America and Saudi Arabia.

Kristy Bach is that someone. A proven powerhouse in the world of HR, she is currently the COO of The Finders, a highly-respected recruiting firm specializing in technology, finance, accounting, and human resources, which she was instrumental in building into an industry leader.
Kristy’s success is due to her ability to immediately connect with, understand and inspire individuals across every level and discipline, building trust and authentic relationships with clients, team members and peers. Her industry experience runs the gamut, from front-line sales and service responsibility to high-level strategic analysis, planning, and implementation. Prior to multiple positions at The Finders, Kristy was a sales and marketing VP for Talent Tree, a national talent development, recruiting and consulting firm. She is a co-founder of U Rock Career Center, a partnership between Genesis Church and Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Foundation, which provides career counseling and coaching to community-members involved with Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Community Center. All points naturally led Keron to Recchion & Associates. Our “inside out” high-touch coaching approach mirrors Keron’s life-long approach to inspiring individuals to reach their potential. With a foundation in leadership development, career, and executive coaching, Keron most recently worked with leading healthcare systems Honor Health and Banner Health. She was widely known for developing leaders and leadership teams to achieve excellence in employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
While at Banner coaching physician leaders and executives, she earned her CPCC: Certified Co-Active Professional Coach designation and developed enterprise-wide coaching programs. Her extensive corporate leadership career includes numerous senior-level positions on several medical campuses.
Keron has a passion for developing and mentoring emerging leaders and coaching executives in transition, whether it is into a new role, a promotion, or a career change. She also works with small businesses and community non-profit organizations to develop their operational platforms, succession planning, performance management, and employee and leadership development.
Keron graduated from the University of Kansas. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and sits on the Advisory Board for Midwestern University Physical Therapy Program. She volunteers with Career Connectors and the Arizona Chapter of ICF: “Coaches are Here,” which provided pro bono coaching services to COVID-19 front-line workers.

Previously, in addition to leading Kellogg’s Global Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Development division, Carl’s corporate career includes serving as Senior VP of Organization and Professional Development for First Security Corporation (Wells Fargo), and Managing Director of Drake Beam Morin’s Salt Lake City/Intermountain Area Offices.

As Talent Development Director and member of the Strategic Leadership Team for Goodwill of Central Arizona, Sheila transformed the organization into a learning culture in partnership with the executive team. She developed the learning strategy from the ground up, increasing engagement of 3300 employees in over 120 retail and career center sites. Sheila and her team streamlined learning for thousands of job seekers supporting more than 80,000 prospective job candidates, and assisted in placement of over 45,000 of them in 2016. Prior to working at Goodwill, Sheila played a major role in transforming a state agency to a large, fully privatized mutual insurance company, making project management and change management a core competence in change leaders across the business. Earlier still, Sheila served as an Organization Effectiveness consultant, dramatically improving performance that set new industry benchmarks of operational excellence in nuclear power generation.

From her earliest corporate leadership roles, Jeanne developed a passion for coaching leaders, their teams, and whole organizations, large or small. From her work at Honeywell, Del Webb, Cargill, and the University of Minnesota, among others, she brings depth in organization effectiveness research and breadth of practice. Over the past 20 years, Jeanne has coached executives and their teams through changes in structure, culture, market shifts, environmental disruptions, and change in the workforce.

Koko’s experience includes landing executives in leadership roles at several start-ups, and guiding staff during turnarounds with large national and international companies, as well as small boutique firms. Koko is the past president of the Phoenix Chapter of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, and has served on its board for 15 years. She frequently presents to audiences about employment-related matters and regularly networks with executive professionals throughout the Valley.
