Gary designed and facilitated career development training programs delivered to leadership teams in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Gary’s background also includes five years in career management/transition as a consultant and trainer supporting major Southwest corporate clients and twelve years with Saudi Aramco where he led international career development and training programs throughout North America and Saudi Arabia.

Kristy Bach is that someone. A proven powerhouse in the world of HR, she is currently the COO of The Finders, a highly-respected recruiting firm specializing in technology, finance, accounting, and human resources, which she was instrumental in building into an industry leader.
Kristy’s success is due to her ability to immediately connect with, understand and inspire individuals across every level and discipline, building trust and authentic relationships with clients, team members and peers. Her industry experience runs the gamut, from front-line sales and service responsibility to high-level strategic analysis, planning, and implementation. Her specialties include candidate career/executive coaching, strategy and program development/implementation, team leadership, talent recruiting, sales management and training, and P&L development.

Prior to multiple positions at The Finders, Kristy was a sales and marketing VP for Talent Tree, a national talent development, recruiting and consulting firm. She is a co-founder of U Rock Career Center, a partnership between Genesis Church and Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Foundation, which provides career counseling and coaching to community-members involved with Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Community Center. Dr. Cheryl Compton provides career transition and leadership coaching to her clients that leverages her extensive background in vocational education, small business and corporate leadership.
Cheryl’s broad management experience was developed at Spherion Corporation, a global human capital management organization. During her nearly 25-year career at Spherion, the company grew from an independent, privately held organization to a $2B+ global segment leader. Cheryl’s journey at Spherion led her through assignments that included oversight of branch operations, implementation of a Regional Operations Center and engagement with the company’s M&A team in major acquisition events. Cheryl also led the company’s sales and operations in the Southwest U.S., a capacity from which she was elevated to the critical role of Special Projects Director with overall responsibility for addressing Spherion’s markets with material profitability or leadership challenges. Eventually, Cheryl became the Vice President and General Manager of the Midwest U.S.
Cheryl’s experience at Spherion also provided front line insight into career development, recruiting and job placement techniques. This unique background has been critical to her work with professionals in career or personal life transitions. Most recently, she led the Career Transition/Outplacement practice at Leathers Milligan and is currently engaged as a coach for senior executives in transition.
Cheryl earned her Ph.D. in Vocational Education from Iowa State University where her research focused on Entrepreneurship as a Career Option. She is a Graduate of Coach U and has achieved the designation of Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.

An expert practitioner in the Recchion Method, Dr. Carl Fowles’ profound belief in the potential of people to achieve at higher levels is at the core of his belief system and approach, based on both professional (working with thousands of executives over 25 years) and personal experience.
Carl’s executive and leadership coaching experience encompass financial services, healthcare, utilities, tech, and manufacturing. Clients have included Arizona Public Service, Raytheon, Verizon, General Dynamics, and IBM. Previously, in addition to leading Kellogg’s Global Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Development division, Carl’s corporate career includes serving as Senior VP of Organization and Professional Development for First Security Corporation (Wells Fargo), and Managing Director of Drake Beam Morin’s Salt Lake City/Intermountain Area Offices.

Barbara’s notable recruitment consulting accomplishments include partnering with the VP, Human Resources at Education Management Corporation to build an internal executive search program, creating an annual university hiring event with Northrup Grumman/TRW, and her turn-around organization assignments with EMI/Capital Music. She is recognized for her great success in sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates in a variety of positions, from professional up to executive, in established and start-up organizations.

As Talent Development Director and member of the Strategic Leadership Team for Goodwill of Central Arizona, Sheila transformed the organization into a learning culture in partnership with the executive team. She developed the learning strategy from the ground up, increasing engagement of 3300 employees in over 120 retail and career center sites. Sheila and her team streamlined learning for thousands of job seekers supporting more than 80,000 prospective job candidates, and assisted in placement of over 45,000 of them in 2016. Prior to working at Goodwill, Sheila played a major role in transforming a state agency to a large, fully privatized mutual insurance company, making project management and change management a core competence in change leaders across the business. Earlier still, Sheila served as an Organization Effectiveness consultant, dramatically improving performance that set new industry benchmarks of operational excellence in nuclear power generation.
Certified in Predictive Index and DiSC, Sheila holds training certifications in problem solving, team building, decision-making, communication, and leadership development. She earned a Masters in Human Resources with emphasis on Change Management from Ottawa University.
