He has successfully summited the highest peak on all seven continents including Mt. Everest in Nepal.

LISA RICHMEIER CHAFFINS

Lisa has had a career in Human Resources and Recruitment for over 20 years and has been instrumental in the start up of two successful recruiting firms in Phoenix, as well as starting her own firm.  She has also been a member of three executive teams as the Head of HR and has served on the Board of Directors of two non-profits.

Lisa was born in Michigan and lived in Austin where she studied psychology at St. Edward’s University.  Having always enjoyed learning about the brain and the mind, she decided to get her DISC Personality Facilitator Certification, DreamCoach Certification, LifeGuide Certification, Understanding Men and Understanding Women coursework certificates and most recently her Yale University Connected Leadership certificate.  Lisa has spent several hundred hours coaching individuals personally and in professional corporate settings over the years to open up their mind to the possibilities for their future.  Lisa was recently asked to be featured as a Self Development, Leadership and Career Coach for Forbes.jobs.

It took a traumatic accident for Lisa to “wake up” and make some powerful changes.  As she went through this painful journey, she documented the steps she had to undertake that led to her transformation and put all that she has learned over her lifetime and the experience of the accident to overcome the obstacles she was facing and build the life of her dreams.  She now lives in San Antonio, Texas where she is a Coach in the areas of Leadership, Career and Self Development.  She is also the Founder and President of iFind Recruiting located in San Antonio.

Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, working out, hiking, golfing, traveling and having fun on the Riverwalk!

JENNIFER CHERASO

Previously, Jennifer led Array Technologies’ HR department and, earlier, spent 20 years at Honeywell in various HR leadership roles. ALICE FEDCHUN

Operations/Social Media Manager

Alice Fedchun has been key to the success of the Recchion team over the last 8 years. She is an amazing talent and business professional with extensive expertise in operations and social media management. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Eastern Washington University, she has developed a solid foundation in effectively conveying messages and building strong relationships.

With over 16 years of executive administration experience, Alice has honed her skills in organization, management, leadership, and business operations. She possesses a wealth of knowledge in streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and implementing strategies that drive growth. Alice’s ability to navigate complex challenges with ease has made her an invaluable asset to the Recchion team and the organizations she has worked with.

LORRAINE FIELD

Senior Coach & Consultant

As the chief people officer for an organization with 3,800+ employees, Lorraine brings an unlimited depth of current “people” experience to the Recchion & Associates coach roster. After 15+ years as a human resources executive for American Express, Lorraine then applied her passion in HR to the healthcare industry, spending 11 years as vice president of human capital at TriWest Healthcare Alliance.

Starting at Sonora Quest Laboratories in 2014, Field has been instrumental in leading her human resources team to implement various leadership and employee programs, with a focus on increasing employee engagement and retention while helping grow leaders throughout the organization. Executive/leadership development and succession planning, organizational design and culture change initiatives, talent management, compensation and benefits, and improving organizational effectiveness are among her areas of expertise.

Lorraine has a master of science in Human Resource Management from Virginia Tech. She currently serves on the boards of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and International Women’s Forum-Arizona. As the past chair of the board of directors with Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, Lorraine continues her service with the organization as a member of the Finance Committee.

DR. CARL FOWLES

An expert practitioner in the Recchion Method, Dr. Carl Fowles’ profound belief in the potential of people to achieve at higher levels is at the core of his belief system and approach, based on both professional (working with thousands of executives over 25 years) and personal experience.

Carl’s executive and leadership coaching experience encompass financial services, healthcare, utilities, tech, and manufacturing. Clients have included Arizona Public Service, Raytheon, Verizon, General Dynamics, and IBM. Previously, in addition to leading Kellogg’s Global Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Development division, Carl’s corporate career includes serving as Senior VP of Organization and Professional Development for First Security Corporation (Wells Fargo), and Managing Director of Drake Beam Morin’s Salt Lake City/Intermountain Area Offices.

He holds certifications as a Lee Hecht Harrison Executive Coach, and in MBTI, FranklinCovey, Lominger Leadership Suite, and as a facilitator in 30+ OD/HR and focused leadership development programs/processes. CAROLINE L. HARLAND

Soaring to new heights is an apt metaphor for Caroline Harland’s approach to coaching clients. Born inches from a flightline at Westover Air Force Base and with eight-plus years in the aviation industry, she knows more than a little about aiming high. She brings three decades of experience in Human Resources management to her role as Chief People Officer at Sawyer Aviation, a private aviation company.

Earlier, Caroline held HR leadership roles with large growing companies, including America West Airlines, CarHero, Banner Health and Chrome Capital. Caroline’s focus is on talent acquisition and management, development of team culture and demonstrating how to lead with empathy. She works closely with operations and senior management teams to ensure they have the support they need for operational effectiveness.

An accomplished member of the HR community, Caroline has been a regular speaker at HR conferences and seminars including the AZ HR Executive Forum, Arizona and New Mexico SHRM Conferences, and a panelist at the Arizona HR Executive Summit and Retreat. She graduated from Rollins College with a B.A. in HR Organizational Communications.

LAURA INGEGNERI

Laura, a distinguished HR executive, business, and community leader, is currently the head of HR for an organization with 13,000 employees. Her 25 years of HR experience encompasses strong coaching, mentoring and talent management, recruitment, employee and labor relations, compensation, and succession planning. In addition to extensive “hands-on” work throughout her career, she has also served as a respected HR executive, providing strategic, innovative, and visionary leadership, over the past 10 years. Immersed in the HR and recruiting community in Arizona, Laura successfully plans and leads an annual HR Executive Summit and Retreat in Arizona for top HR executives. She currently serves on the City of Scottsdale’s Judicial Appointments Advisory Board and previously served on the City of Scottsdale Personnel Board, the Arizona Commission for Judicial Performance Review, and the Arizona Society for Human Resources State Council in different volunteer roles including State Council Director.

Laura’s collection of well-deserved workplace awards includes three from the Arizona Society for Human Resource Management, the Al O’Connor Lifetime Achievement Award, the Ann Byrnes Professional Excellence Award, and the Judith Krebs Volunteer Leader Award.

SHEILA KEITEL

She developed the learning strategy from the ground up, increasing engagement of 3300 employees in over 120 retail and career center sites. Sheila and her team streamlined learning for thousands of job seekers supporting more than 80,000 prospective job candidates, and assisted in placement of over 45,000 of them in 2016. JEANNE SCHULZE

Debbi Lannon-Smith’s coaching clients value her wealth of “insider” experience as an Human Resources and Talent executive, business leader and coach having worked at industry-leading companies building and transforming human capital strategies aligned with business goals and driving organizational/culture change during M&A, divestitures, IPO planning and business realignment.

Debbi joined FastMed, an urgent care clinic with 200 locations, in March 2020 as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations and within six months was named Senior Vice President of HR. She provides organizational leadership in the development and implementation of policies, programs and services related to employment practices and procedures including employee relations, employee benefits, payroll, recruitment, compensation, and training and development. Debbi helped lead the organization through an acquisition that doubled the size of FastMed, along with several divestitures. DIANA SPARMAN

KOKO KUZMANOFF TZAVARAS

After graduating from ASU with a B.A. in Organizational Communication, Koko worked for Paine Webber in Los Angeles before returning to the Valley to start her career in executive recruitment. Koko is the past president of the Phoenix Chapter of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, and has served on its board for 15 years.
